The July 2019 Six Degrees of Separation by Movie Title Quiz

TAAL 06 Pit8.jpg

We did our first Six Degrees of Separation Quiz for the December 2017/January 2018 after my son, Christian gave me the idea for this quiz. He was listening to a podcast and the hosts were playing 6 Degrees of Kevin Bacon. After exhausting our vast knowledge of Kevin Bacon films, we spent part of the evening connecting other actors to one another through movies and their co-stars.

If you’ve never played before, the game is based on the theory that any two people on Earth are six or fewer acquaintance links apart.

This month is a challenging quiz. Actors will be connected to each other by a personal connection such as spouse, ex-spouse, sibling or parent/child and/or by a movie they were both in that included a location in its title. We’ve included a list of movies. Not all of them will be used and some may be used more than once. You have to come up with the actors on your own.

 Here is an example:

 Lucy Liu and Kurt Russell

Lucy Liu is in Chicago with Catherine Zeta Jones who is married to Michael Douglas who is in The China Syndrome with Jane Fonda who is the sister of Peter Fonda who is in Escape from Los Angeles with Kurt Russell

The answers will be posted at the end of this issue: Next Month in This Awful Awesome Life – August 2019. It’s possible you may have different answers. Remember the connections must be personal ones and/or movies with a location in their title and you should get there in as few moves as possible.
