April has come with rain, snow, hail, and the occassional perfect sunny day. It’s what we expect here in Pittsburgh. Ther world has also been experiencing some earthquakes and other less than fun acts of nature. I can’t be mad at Mother Nature because she’s also given us back the lush spring colors. We see beautiful greens, whites, yellows, pinks, purples, blues, reds and rich browns.
The birds are back, the squirrels and chipmunks are playing, and bunnies and deer dot the lanscape. Spring sports have started and March Madness is down to the Final Four…Two…One. Congratulations to the winners when the final buzzer sounds and congratulations to all the athletes who gave it their all no matter the outcome.
Spring is a time for peace and renewal - two things this world desperately needs. In times of turmoil and sadness it can be hard to focus on the wonders around us. We hope these photos help remind you of what the world could be like for everyone if we all learned to care more and get along.
