October is a great month for reading. The weather is cooler, the leaves are turning beautiful colors, and there are fun things happening like apple picking, hayrides, corn mazes, and of course, Halloween. To keep kids reading we have a few suggestions, some are spooky, but always age appropriate. In honor of Indigenous People’s Day, we also have some books about the Indigenous peoples of North America. Enjoy!
