8. Pioneered by Penn State University Nutrition Professor Barbara Rolls, this diet plan divides food into four categories depending on assigned density levels. 11. Rob Lowe helps maintain the popularity of this diet that promotes low-carb foods. - Atkins Diet
12. This heart-healthy diet was created by The National Institute of Health’s National Cholesterol Education Program to reduce cholesterol as part of a healthy eating plan. It’s a flexible plan that includes lean meats, fruits, vegetables, bread, cereals, and pasta. – TLC Diet
13. This plan severely limits calories for two non-consecutive days each week but provides little guidance about what to eat for the other five days. - The Fast Diet
14. This very low-carb fat-heavy diet mimics fasting by forcing the body to use fat as its fuel source. Many people have experienced rapid weight loss and the classic version of this diet was developed to help control seizures in people with epilepsy - Modified Keto Diet

17. This diet calls for more relaxed meals at home with friends and family, consuming seasonal produce, whole grains, organic foods whenever possible, more foods from lakes and seas, and avoiding processed foods - Nordic Diet
18. Marie Osmond and several other celebrities have been spokespersons for this meal plan system which eliminates the need for calories counting or weighing food by providing packaged meals - Nutrisystem Diet
19. Promoted by the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, this diet is designed to treat or prevent hypertension (high blood pressure). It emphasizes foods rich in Potassium, Calcium, protein, and fiber such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean protein, and low-fat dairy and discourages consuming fatty meats, full-fat dairy, tropical oils, which are high in saturated fats as well as sugar-sweetened beverages and sweets. - DASH Diet
20. This plant-based diet does not entirely eliminate meat from your eating plan, so you can occasionally enjoy beef, chicken, or fish. - The Flexitarian Diet
21. This plan focuses on behavior modification and eating nutrient-rich fruits and vegetables. You log everything you eat and your daily exercise onto an app and an online counselor works with you to help you understand when and why you are eating certain foods.
